Who we are

Somnova Research LLC ("Somnova," "we") is a contract research organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can reach us at adam@somnovaresearch.com.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no cookies set by us, no advertising, and no third-party analytics trackers. The personal information we receive is what you choose to send us:

Contact form

Name and email address
Organization, if you provide it
The content of your message

Direct contact

Emails you send us
Calls and voicemails to our business line

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us. Netlify also keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations, as described in Netlify's privacy policy. Calls to our business line are handled by Google Voice.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, scope and conduct engagements, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Confidential research information

Scientific and business information shared during an engagement is governed by the agreement covering that engagement (including any NDA), which takes precedence over this policy.

Retention & your choices

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the purposes above and for ordinary record-keeping. If you'd like correspondence deleted, email us and we'll honor the request unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
